Challenge

The team embarked on developing a comprehensive curriculum to educate our internal users about Generative AI, driven by the need to demystify Gen AI technologies and deepen understanding within our teams. This initiative focused on crafting accessible, insightful educational materials and workshops covering the principles, applications, and ethical considerations of Generative AI. By enhancing our internal capabilities through this curriculum, we aimed to empower our teams to innovate and effectively apply Gen AI, thereby driving IBM's growth and sustaining our competitive edge in the technology landscape.

Solution

We crafted an extensive curriculum that breaks down the complexities of Gen AI technologies. This educational program, featured a blend of engaging learning materials and digital workshops that covered everything from foundational principles to ethical implications and real-world applications of Gen AI. The research an insights gained from each phase helped us better understand what was important to include within the program.
