Challenge
We aimed to establish a collaborative model within IBM that would allow for rapid development and deployment of client solutions, seamlessly integrating into the existing IBM ecosystem. This initiative required a user-friendly digital platform to enable clients to quickly test new products, manage projects, and monitor progress. The platform’s design needed to clearly embody IBM’s design principles through its visual branding, fostering effective collaboration between IBMers and clients to drive innovation and transformation.
Solution
Craft a comprehensive resource hub that successfully houses workshop materials, case studies, and collaborative tools, fostering ongoing partnerships with major clients. I played a pivotal role in defining the IBM Garage method alongside stakeholders through the creation of a detailed project charter. I also assisted in crafting the visual identity for IBM Garage, ensuring it effectively communicated the innovation and collaborative spirit of the initiative.
My contributions extended to architecting the initial digital platform blueprint, designed as a comprehensive resource hub to host design thinking workshop materials, case studies, and detailed information about the Garage. This solution, still actively utilized by IBM and its partners, exemplifies the successful fusion of strategic design and technology in creating impactful business tools.
